For more than 20 years, Kiel Lombardo has honed his craft within the realm of kitchen and restaurant operations, design, and food & beverage brand integrations. He graduated from the Culinary & Hospitality School (formerly New Hampshire College) in Manchester, New Hampshire. Before joining McKibbon, he was Executive chef at Luminary Hotel & Co. in Fort Myers, where he oversaw multiple food and beverage outlets, including Dean Street Coffee Roastery, Ella Mae's Diner, and Beacon Rooftop Drinkery, crafting menus, managing pricing, ordering and operations of 38,000 square feet of banquet space, and more. Kiel also launched RL Hospitality Consulting in Tampa, assisting with restaurant design and concept branding, served as Co-Owner and Creator of Platt Street Borough, and Director of Chefs at Roy's Restaurant, training with James Beard award-winning chef Roy Yamaguchi.
