Erin Cerrato, CRME, joined McKibbon in 2013 as Regional Revenue Manager, optimizing revenue across a portfolio of hotels by researching marketing conditions and implementing strategic hotel rates and packages. In 2022, she was promoted to the newly created position of Regional Director of Revenue Management, responsible for supporting our in-house team of regional revenue managers while also effectively maximizing room revenue using inventory controls and resourceful strategies within a multi-branded portfolio of hotels. A tenured hospitality professional, Erin got her start in the industry nearly 20 years ago at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress before taking on management roles at a variety of boutique hotels across the state of Florida, including The Breakers Palm Beach, Cranes Beach House in Delray Beach and Tampa Marriott Water Street. In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida, Cerrato received her Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) designation from Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) in 2021.
